What can be returned?
All boxes are returnable. The boxes have to be unused and in their original condition. All other products are not returnable.
Who can return a product?
Products can only be returned by clients with an upcoming move scheduled with our company.
When & Where do items need to be returned?
Boxes may be returned for credit/refund on the day of the move only. The foreman will accept returns of unused boxes and the funds will be credited through the same payment method used during the initial purchase transaction.
What client must have when returning an item?
An original receipt of your purchased boxes has to be present when returning an item.
Credit for returns
We will issue a full refund for all unused boxes. Credit may take up to 14 days to be processed and/or reflect in your account. Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used during the initial purchase transaction.
Return fees
A restocking fee of $20 will be applied to all returns.

This is my first experience renting a mini storage unit. I really liked it. Clean, quiet, calm, warm. There are convenient places to unload the car. Convenient access from the street. There is also a ramp for a cart. There are several spacious elevators. All elevators are clean and work. The storage unit itself has wooden flooring. Not far from the subway station. The polite employee patiently explained to me everything I wanted to know. Answered all my questions. Showed me several different storages. Explained the pricing. I am happy that I finally have a good place to store my things.
